COACH

Coaches at Summer FC are pivotal in delivering engaging and skill-building soccer sessions to participants. They are equipped with comprehensive training and ongoing support, ensuring their development and the success of our young players. Coaches are essential in fostering a fun environment, encouraging both soccer skills and life lessons in teamwork.

TEAM LEAD

Team Leads, with a minimum of 3 years coaching experience, are key to guiding our teams. They handle communication, scheduling, coaching, and mentorship. Their leadership ensures the smooth operation of our programs and the development of our coaching staff, contributing significantly to the overall quality of the Summer FC experience.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers at Summer FC provide crucial support to coaches and enhance the session experience for participants. They assist in various session activities, guided by our coaches. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are the main requirements for our volunteers, contributing greatly to the program’s vibrant atmosphere.
 

PARENT VOLUNTEER

Parent Volunteers offer valuable assistance during sessions, helping coaches and engaging with young players. Supported by our coaching team, they play a significant role in the smooth running of sessions. This role is a great opportunity for parents to be actively involved and experience the joy of the program alongside their children.
